who we are
We are an international property development service company. we have seasoned professional both locally & internationally i.e Architects, Quantity surveys, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. We do general real estate consultancy, Feasibility Study, Construction and Building plans, bill of quantities, property management, legal services, borehole drilling and writing of joint venture proposals on prime land through investors based in UAE, Singapore, Russia and China. Once financing proposals go through/approved, the investor may do 100% financing only on construction. Rental income is shared between Client & the investor at a ratio of 30:70 respectively not exceeding 16yrs as per the agreed construction financing proposal between the investor and the client.
